My advice would be to start small, catering for local events and parties using a limited product range to begin with. As you budget grows you can use it to encompass a greater range of catering supplies. You should start studying and analysing data of different catering firms so that you can get better idea.

Sir, my father has just started a catering business in our small town. We have even provided catering services in 3 marriages, 2 small parties. There is a 7 day program ahead followed by a marriage. We are still renting the utensils but at a low cost. We are even hiring the cooks (halwaais) for a day or two. So I needed to know that is this the right time to buy our utensils and keep 2-3 cooks along with us on a whole serving basis.
