I have done with My studies and I don’t want to do a Job anywhere. Basically my dad is into Business (Fast Moving Consumer Goods Distribution/Stockiest-ship) here in Goa but I don’t find it interesting for myself because all the time I’ve to be seated in the office and supervise everyone, I’m a Huge Tech-Junkie. I first assembled a PC back in 2006 and used to troubleshoot the problems myself at Home/Office and thought of starting a computer business after education. Fast Forward to 2011, Maths was not a piece of cake for me so it was a NO for Computer Engineering,

Since I’ve the interest n skills to assemble & Repair Computers, I’m thinking of taking it ahead, I have a Lot of Time & also the resources but i have no idea where to begin with. We have a 30sq mtr double height shop right in the main city which we have leased to a Fast Food hotel, The upper half is not in-use, So i was thinking about setting up my base up there the main question which stands is “WHERE DO I BUY THE COMPONENTS” there is a south Indian Guy (RK Enterprises) who brings Parts from Bangalore at very low costs and sells it here marginally 10-20% less than any other Computer Shop, Can you suggest me some wholesalers from Bangalore ? and is there any other legal steps i need to take before starting this business, i’d give 24X7 Service to my clients since i find this job too interesting.

Respected Sir, I want to know how we get computer equipments to assemble a PC. So that we can sell it by assembling it. Which are the sources from which we can buy the computer equipment in bulk. i.e in a wholesale. I want to start a business of PC assembling and selling it. Please help me in this situation.

OK, here are the answers to your questions

1. If you are doing you own business I’ll say that you will have flexibility to work on your own time, but the thing you have to manage is if you commit time to your customer, you have provide server at that time, otherwise you may lose your clients.

2. For marketing there are various ways, if you are starting new computer hardware and networking business, I’ll say you start doing word of mouth advertising, then as your business grows you can distributes leaflets, you can do news paper ads etc

3. There is good future and scope of career in the computer hardware servicing business rather than selling.
