Mr. Martin,
Your question shows that you have done enough research of Indian cosmetic market. I advise to search about individual categories and product lines of cosmetics and health care.
• In India the major players are HUL, ITC, P&G etc.
• These companies are the big shots of this sector. And other cosmetics which work on local basis, are advised by special doctors.
• If you want to start on a big scale then the market share of above three companies are around 52%, 35% and 12% respectively.
• So take care of all these things and go ahead.
And as far as budget is concerned, the excise and other taxes are going to be levied on every company. So nothing to worry much, Thank you.

Mr. Prashant,
As export is your favourite area and you want to do job in that as well, you should apply for that job only. If you apply for the job, you will get any offer and specially in sales. So try to approach the export houses and try there. Submit your resume on their official website or H.R department. I think there should not be any problem. Still if you face any difficulty, you can surely ask your questions.
Thank you.
