Dear sir ,
I have a shop of 25 sq. mtr in building basement just opposite to my city bus stop. Presently in that builing thereis one hotel, restaurant, cafe house, pharmacy, garment store, travel shop and wine store. It would be appreciated if could guide me on what buisness will be most suitable in that area.

As far as investment is concerned, it all depends on what goods are you seling. For the place and marketing aspects, you need to do research personally by going there. You will get better idea whenb you will visit place and analyze the market.
