I have an 20 seater call centre up running and looking to get new inbound processes. I have really efficient staff and they are all doing great in the existing process. To keep them busy and provide more opportunity for my staff i am looking to bid for the new process. Secondly, coming to my query, I am from Mumbai and I want to start my own venture so I need assistances for that.
I have done my Management in Marketing and have more than 6years of working experience. Going forward I see myself doing something on my own and feel the best time to start now. Though at this point of time I wouldn’t have a big capital so I would like to operate from home and invest only where it is required.
My hobby lies in creativity and would be interested in making that as profession. I am looking at getting into the handicraft business. Basically want to introduce these products to the international market and get into exports for the same.
I want to know how to get in touch with the markets abroad, who are the right people to deal with? How do I get in touch with them? What is the demand in the overseas countries? How do I look for buyers who would be genuinely interested in these products?
I want to know that how to search and approach clients?
How do I tap the importers looking for these products?
In short I want to know the initial process/formalities required to get started.

Hello Sir, This is Derick and I am working as a Team Lead in a MNC. I have sound knowledge of BPO industry as I have been in this industry for 10 years now. I am currently handling 20 people under me and I have good knowledge about project management and client servicing.

I have seen your explanation on the business well, before getting in, Let me introduce myself, I am M R, having 5 years of work experience and completed my masters in International Economics and Finance (London) and also MBA. It is my dream to set up a BPO since when I joined as a process executive in some MNC. And I think this is the right time for me to implement my skills.
Now I am very keen on setting up a BPO not a Call center. At this moment, I have a doubt if I first have to search for the business and set up an office or first set up an office and then search for the business? If we select the 2nd choice the operation cost involved will be too high. Also, let me know if you have any idea on how to approach the organization to get a project.
So, please advise me a best option to be considered.

Hello Sir, I have a plan to start-off a BPO. I have experience in call centers. I have experience of customer services for 3 years from UK as well. So I wish to know how to get contacts of the companies to setup business with them.

Hi,
If you have a centre and if you are financially sound you can have a good income process. This process ic in the market from last 7 years. They have proper billing and you won’t have problems with them. BUT for this process I have to be there. I and my friend who are also partners in this business.To be clear i and my friend who are also partners are looking for a complete set up with proper financially sound person. We both can run this process. The invest would be around 5 lac but not all in one go. We need a back up which is essential. We can share the profit 50/50 individually.
