3D Animation Jobs in California: Careers, Employment, Vacancies In CA

Question: I am from California, basically I am a 3d animator and doing animation freelancing. I have around 5 years experience in this field and I could work with industries big organizations and on big projects. I have knowledge about in each and everything in 3d Animation movie or TV series or animation projects.

Please do suggest me how to get big Animation projects from the producers. I have manpower and money to invest. Your suggestion will be valuable for me. I do need your guidance for the same.
